License, permit and miscellaneous bonds – Covers the basic
elements of surety, including the legal obligations of the parties
involved, how surety differs from insurance, and the concept
of indemnification. Includes a discussion of license, permit and
miscellaneous bonds and federal obligations. An evaluation of
risk on different types of bonds and the elements of risk analysis
will also be covered.


Court and Fiduciary Bonds
Covers in detail the different types of court and fiduciary bonds.

REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a full refund, you will need to give CBIC at least twenty four (24) hours notice of non-attendance.
